Every time Addici takes over one or more service areas on behalf of a customer, we perform a careful analysis of the service activities together with the customer.
For outsourcing to succeed, it is important for you to define your needs and establish clear goals. We perform a needs analysis so that you, the customer, will have a clear image of what to expect.
We work according to carefully planned processes and usually the customer's existing staff are offered employment with Addici. As Addici takes over responsibility for a service area, we also take over responsibility for constantly developing and improving our service delivery.
This is what happens, in brief:
1. Analysis
Review of: service needs, current staffing, who is ordering the service, who is supplying the service, and agreement.
2. Improvement potential
Report on: personnel cost savings, service agreement cost savings, and proposals for streamlining the ordering organisation.
3. Action plan
For cooperation: taking over and renegotiation of service agreements, taking over and further training of personnel, introduction of efficient work processes, and introduction of improvement work.
