At Addici we perform a service certification for each assignment. This is a certification that ensures a quality-assured delivery according to the agreement and according to the Addici standard, ISO and OHSAS.
This certification, which follows a standardised process, is performed by specialists from Business Development together with Addici's internal audit group.
For certification, it is required that the assignment: - works according to Addici's management system and takes an active part in contract planning
- applies Addici's Lean FM method for contract improvement
- fulfils the quality requirements of ISO 9001
- fulfils the environmental requirements of ISO 14001
- fulfils the work environment requirements of OHSAS 18001
- has staff trained in Addici's training course:Seven Truths about Service
