In order to be the best within Facility Services we have specialists within three service areas.

Workplace services

Addici provides services for over 70,000 workplaces in the Nordic region. We monitor international developments within the field. Developments that are taking place within reception management, post and courier services, and office services, as well as cleaning, office machines, office supplies, catering and conference services.

Security

It is becoming increasingly common to combine security, workplace services and property services. Among our customers, it’s not unusual to see a security guard  at a reception desk, or a security officer who is trained in CPR. Our security guards and security officers can even have responsibility for reporting faults in property management.

Property

Addici manages and develops over 1,300,000 m2 of production premises, offices and housing. We follow the latest developments within the fields of energy and the environment. We take responsibility for everything from administrative management, to supervision and servicing, as well as maintenance, fire protection, rebuilding work, rescue services and maintenance planning.
