Employees identify improvements continuously, for example through whiteboard meetings, and create constant improvements of service, quality and efficiency. In the short whiteboard meetings, the problem-solving and target monitoring is conducted in small groups in order for everyone to be heard. This is a method that creates commitment among all staff. All employees are involved in the company´s constant development by daily working toward common goals.
