Addici streamlines operations through the sale of Mil Sec
Addici sells security technology company Mil Sec as part of its strategy to streamline its Facility Management operations. Mil Sec's activities continues unchanged through the management's acquisition of the companies as of 1 January 2012.
- Addici has in recent years actively worked for a refinement of the Facility Management business and the sale of Mil Sec is part of this work, says Rikard Wannerholt, CEO of Addici. For customers and employees the change of ownership does not bring any changes to the business.
- For Mil Sec the change of ownership does not imply any major changes as the operations have been managed separately already before the sale. However, we will now be able to develop at the pace we want in the long term, says Magnus Ahde, CEO Mil Sec Sweden.
- This change is a natural step for us, since activities have had different orientations with few synergies, says Per-Ove Paulsen, CEO Mil Sec Norway.
