Telia extends deal with Addici
Addici has delivered workplace services to Telia for several years and from January 1, 2012 the contract is extended to include the delivery of technical building maintenance. Addici will have full responsibility for the supervision, care and maintenance of Telia's properties in Farsta.
The expanded assignment includes a total of 100,000 square meters of office and 180,000 square meters of land area. The contract extends over a period of three years with possibility of extension. In addition to the ongoing supervision various real estate projects will be added.
- For Addici this is an important step in terms of growth in real estate, says sales manager Henrik Lindström. Telia is one of our key customers and we are pleased to get continued and increased confidence from them. In doing this, Telia will be a "full-service customer" using services from all our six service areas.
- Addici won this assignment in fierce competition with other suppliers. Telia sees the advantage of having one supplier for all FM services and together we will work forward to continuously develop the assignment, says contract manager Andreas Kupenberg.
