Ernst & Young renews and extends agreement with Addici
From 1 July 2011 Addici will take full responsibility for all Ernst & Young's major offices in Sweden and Finland. The assignment is to deliver integrated facility management in real estate, security and workplace services. The agreement implies delivery of daily service to 1700 employees and reaches over four years with a possibility of extension.
- We are delighted that Ernst & Young gives us the confidence to continue our delivery of workplace services, says Jens Rodman, Business Area Manager, Addici. We are taking a comprehensive approach to all services, resulting in one single point of contact for all services Ernst & Young need in order to focus on their core business. We also have a clear strategy to develop the business and test new innovative ideas in collaboration with Ernst & Young, in order to lead and develop the FM arena together.
- Our employees have high demands on their working environment and they are satisfied with the services Addici deliver to us today, says Håkan Gustafsson, Chief Operating Officer at Ernst & Young. Our recent tender showed that Addici is the supplier that can offer the most effective service delivery by realising synergies between services, offer more effective support systems and managing and developing services in an efficient and innovative manner, concludes Håkan Gustafsson.
- To win this expanded agreement is a very good rating for us, says Micael Larsen, KAM Addici. It is a confirmation that we have a well functioning and competitive solution to offer one of the most mature and demanding customers in the market. We will take care of all services such as reception, janitorial, cleaning, conference, office supplies, coffee, fruit and plants to Ernst & Young's offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Helsinki. The contract also includes integrated security services with security and fire protection.
