Tieto signs agreement with Addici

Tieto renews its agreement with Addici. Through the new agreement Addici will supply workplace services to 13 of Tieto's offices, from Luleå in the north to Malmö the south. The agreement also includes delivery in Norway.

Through the agreement, Addici gets full responsibility for the work environment of Tieto's offices. Addici takes care of all reception services, janitorial services, conference, security management, telephony and help desk as well as all contacts with suppliers. At Tieto's headquarters in Stockholm, Addici is also responsible for security and the reception is manned by security guards who also handle rounds.

– We need a partner rather than a supplier. We considered a tender, but felt that no other supplier in the market matches us as well as Addici. There is a mutual respect and understanding between the companies, says Rose-Marie Svahn, Head of FM Tieto.

Tieto is undergoing extensive brand and value work. FM plays an important part in creating the right feel and attitude on the premises.
