Addici streamlines through the sale of Learning Center

Addici sells e-learning and competence development company Learning Center AB in Sandviken to Competens Samhällstjänster AB. The divestment is part of Addicis strategy to streamline its Facility Management operations.

- For Addici, the divestment means that we take a step closer to our goal to streamline operations, says Mats Sundbom, CEO of Addici. For customers and employees the change of ownership does not bring any change to the business. It has been important for Addici in this process.

The transaction took place 1 March 2010. The acquisition enables Competensgruppen to develop the part of the operations that targets the private sector through the sale of education.
