Addici increases its services for Manpower
Addici’s assignment of responding to issues relating to salaries, finances and invoices for Manpower in Scandinavia is expanding both geographically and to incorporate new subject areas as part of a new agreement.
Addici’s service center in Kristiansund in Norway now also responds to queries from employees and suppliers in Denmark and Finland, in addition to Sweden and Norway.
The service centre in Kristiansund responds to 150,000 telephone and e-mail queries regarding finance and accounting, invoices and salaries.
Half of all the queries received are resolved by the service centre. Unresolved queries are forwarded to Manpower’s finance and accounting centre, which is run by IBM in Poland and India.
“By centralising more queries to a service centre, we can streamline the service for Manpower,” comments Anders Fredberg, Key Account Manager at Addici.
