The Nordic region is at the cutting edge of Facility Management. According to consultancy firm Capgemini, the potential Nordic FM market is worth just over €50 billion. The calculation is based on the total volume of commercial properties in the Nordic region.
The actual market for FM services is currently only around 25 percent of this figure. It’s a huge market with considerable growth potential.
The rate of growth is expected to reach between 10 and 20 percent annually over the next few years. Most consultancy firms and researchers believe that the market for Facility Management – coordinated services – will grow at a faster rate than the market for individual services. Coordinating services makes them more efficient.
