A few words from our CEO

To operate within Facility Management (FM), like Addici, means that in tough competition operate in a fast-growing and relatively new market. To show how different services interact in a way that makes it possible to achieve higher quality at lower cost is our task in this market.

The providers within FM need to be experts at both individual services and to create combinations that are logical and facilitates for our customers. We must also be able to deliver market prices and high service levels in combination with the ability to contribute to increased productivity and time savings for our customers.

Customer understanding is the key word for successful companies within FM. Over the past year Addici has put a lot of time and resources into becoming better than ever in understanding the challenges that our customers face in their daily lives that affects us in our commitment to help them achieve their goals.

We have also developed methodology and models to ensure that we continually develop and refine existing and future customers. We also strive to understand the challenges that lay before us, and have therefore started a "Young Advisory Group" that helps us define the future trends.

We are well prepared to meet the challenges of FM, and look forward to exciting new opportunities to grow in the Nordic region.
