Pressmeddelande 13 december 2007 Addici sköter norsk-svensk kundtjänst i BorlängeDet irländska Loyaltybuild väljer serviceföretaget Addici som leverantör av kundtjänst i Norden. Loyaltybuilds huvudkunder i Norden är Coop Svergie med sitt MedMera-program och Coop Norges CoopHotellKupp. Addicis uppdrag är att ta hand om kundtjänst och hotellbokningar för både norska och svenska kunder i sitt call center i Borlänge. Dit kan över 3 miljoner medlemmar i Coops lojalitetsprogram vända sig när vill köpa minisemestrar – en medlemsförmån i deras Coop MedMera och Coop Norge. Rekrytering av svensk- och norsktalande personal pågår i Borlänge. Uppdraget startar den 17de december. Loyaltybuild’s major Nordic partners include Coop Sweden with its MedMera programme and Coop Norway’s CoopHotellKupp offering. Addici’s assignment will be to handle customer service requests and hotel bookings for both Norwegian and Swedish customers from its call centre site located in Borlange, Sweden. The call centre will field calls from Coop MedMera and CoopHotellKupp members (over 3 million combined) who purchase mini vacation trips – a value added benefit of their Coop MedMera and Coop Norway memberships. Recruitment of Swedish and Norwegian speaking staff to the Borlange site is currently under way. The assignment is due to start on December 17.
